介绍了氧化铁二次资源深加工最新技术,如钢铁企业含铁尘泥集中资源化利用技术、冷轧副产铁红和钢材酸洗废液制备三氯化铁技术、钢材酸洗废液制备墨粉级氧化铁技术、转炉泥制备颜料级氧化铁红技术、环保工艺资源化利用轧钢油泥技术。这些新技术对钢铁企业提高氧化铁二次资源的附加值具有重要意义,可为企业带来很大的经济效益、环保效益和社会效益。
Latest technologies for further processing iron oxide secondary resources in Iron & Steel Industry are introduced. These technologies cover recycling the iron - bearing dust slime, pre- paring ferric chloride by utilizing iron red and steel - pickling waste liquor, producing iron oxide for making toner by using steel - piclding waste liquor, synthesizing iron oxide for making pigment from converter sludge, recycling the steel roiling oil sludge with a process of environmental protection. These new technologies are of great significance to enhance the added value of recycling iron oxide and can bring great environmental, economic and social benefits to steel enterprises.
