摘要
介绍了运用多目标多约束的组合优化方法,在六辊单机架可逆冷轧机上开发中间辊辊型曲线优化模型,从中选择出最优辊型曲线。分析了不同中间辊辊凸度条件下出口厚度、工作辊与中间辊的辊间压力分布以及中间辊与支撑辊之间的辊间压力分布规律。工业试验结果表明,该方法提高了中间辊交叉不投入时六辊单机架可逆冷轧机的板形控制能力。
This paper introduces the optimization model of the roll shape curves of intermediate rolls developed based on the condition of six high reversing cold rolling mill with one stand by using the combined optimization method with characteristics of multi - target and multi - constraint, and therefore the optimum roll shape curve is selected according to the optimization model and also discusses the regularities of the pressure distribution among the exit thickness, the work roll and the intermediate roll as well as the pressure distribution between the backup roll and the intermediate roll with the intermediate roll having different roll crowns. The industrial trial demonstrates that this method can improve the level for steel sheet shape - controlling without tandem rolling of the intermediate roll.
