摘要
利用新的冷却水系统冷却能力计算数学模型,对大功率干线内燃机车冷却水系统的各个参数进行了计算分析,提出了其改进的方法和措施。通过提出较为合理的冷却水系统参数和布置结构,达到了降低冷却水系统所占的大功率干线内燃机车的体积和重量的比例、降低大功率干线内燃机车辅助功率的消耗、提高大功率干线内燃机车运用经济性的目的。
Main parameters of the cooling water system for high-power main-line diesel locomotive were analyzed by using the new mathematical model.And the modified methods were used to improve the cooling performance by optimizing the configuration and parameters of the cooling system for the high-power diesel locomotive.The weight and volume of the cooling system were reduced and the economical efficiency of the locomotive was improved by using the optimized parameters and structures derived from this model.
