通过技术改造,解决了采用机械同步技术的柴油机检修液压升降平台因承受较大偏载而导致故障率较高的技术问题,同时弥补了同步机构开式传动链机械防护、液压系统开锁回路的可靠性方面的缺陷。

By technical reform,it has been solved that high failure rate of hydraulic lift platform for diesel engine repaire using mechnical synchronization technique,was caused by higher load-bias.The reform also has made up for the design defects of mechanical enclosure in opening drive system and reliability of hydraulic lock system.
