心脏手术后早期康复治疗的肺功能观察

An observation on pulmonary function in early rehabilitation after heart operation

目的：观察心脏手术后早期肺功能变化及影响肺功能恢复的有关因素；早期康复治疗促进肺功能改善程度及探讨合理的治疗方法。方法：两组术前１周内连续３天测肺功能（取均数），为术前肺功能值，术后２、４、６、８、１０天各测一次肺功能，测得某一肺功能值除以术前肺功能值，为该日患者肺功能恢复的百分数。治疗组术后除同对照组常规治疗外，加康复治疗。结果：术后两组肺功能均下降，治疗组肺功能恢复明显，肺功能的恢复与术后天数有明显关系。不同类型的心脏手术对术后肺功能的影响有一定差异，但无显著性。治疗组术后未出现肺部并发症，住院天数缩短。结论：康复治疗是预防、降低术后并发症，促进患者恢复的一项重要治疗措施。

Objective:To observe changes in early pulmonary function after heart operation and to investigate the related factors influencing pulmonary recovery, the degrees of pulmonary improvement promoted by early rehabilitation and rational therapeutics. Methods: Means of the pulmonary of the two groups were measured preoperatively in three successive days within a week. The pulmonary function was determined again on the second, the fourth, the sixth and the eighth day, and the percentage of pulmonary function recovery of the patients in that day was obtained by dividing a certain pulmonary value by the one obtained preoperatively. In the treated group, besides the postoperative routine treatment as performed in the control group, rehabilitation treatment was applied in addition. Results:There were reducion of pulmonary function in both groups. The recovery in the treated group was significant. It showed that the relationship between recovery and the number of days after the operation was evident and the influence of various heart operations upon postoperative pulmonary function was varied but by no means significant. There were no pulmonary complications postoperatively in the treated group, thus shortening the duration of hospitalization. Conclusion:Rehabilitation therapies are important in prevention, reduction of postoperative complications which promote the patients′ recovery.
