阴囊带蒂皮管治疗尿道下裂27例

Urethroplasty with scrotal pedicle skin tubes for treatment of hypospadias

目的：探讨减少尿道下裂手术治疗的并发症。方法：应用阴囊带蒂皮管结合阴茎皮下隧道对２７例尿道下裂行二期尿道成形术。结果：２７例患者中，出现尿道口狭窄１例（３．７％）、暂时性尿瘘２例（７．４％），其余均疗效满意。结论：本手术方法具有并发症少。

Objective:To reduce complications in operation of hypospadias.Methods:27 cases of hypospadias have been treated with secondstage urethroplasty by using tubes made of scrotal pedicle tunneling under skin of penis.Results:A satisfactory result has been achieved in all cases,except 1(3.7%) with stricture of the external urethra and 2(7.4%) with urinary fistula.Conclusions:This operation has less complication,is easy to popularize.
