植入式药泵微波腹腔热化疗治疗腹部肿瘤的探讨

Investigation of treatment effect about implantion Chemoport,microwave and heat chemotherepy in carcinoma of abdominal cavity

目的：探讨中晚期腹腔肿瘤的综合治疗。方法：腹腔肿瘤附近置入ＣｈｅｍｉＰｏｒｔ系统，通过腹腔与全身双途径应用化学药物结合微波治疗。药物采用氟脲嘧啶（５Ｆｕ）、顺铂、甲酰四氢叶酸钙（ＣＦ）。结果：近期疗效１４例中有效率６４％。毒副作用为０～１级，深部灼热感１００％，治疗期间舒适感６８％。结论：植入式药泵、微波腹腔热化疗对中晚期腹腔肿瘤是一种有效、安全的方法。

Objective:To investigate a combined therapy for treatment of middle and advanced stage carcinoma in abdominal cavity.Methods:ChemiPort system was put into abdominal cavity around the carcinoma and 5Fu,DDP and CF were given both intraperitoneally and intraveuously.And microwave therapy was applied at the same time.Results:Immdiate effective rate among 14 cases was 64%.Toxic side effect was of 0～1 degree.All patients felt a deep burning sensation and 68% patient felt comfortably during course of treatment.Conclusions:Chemoport microwave and heat chemotheray in combination for treatment of middle and advanced stage carcinoma in abdomen was safe and effective.
