伊米配能在老年人重症下呼吸道感染中的应用

Application of imipenemcilastatin to aged patients with severe lower respiratory tract infection

目的：观察伊米配能／西司他丁（伊米配能，商品名泰能）对老年人重症下呼吸道细菌感染的疗效。方法：采用泰能每天１．０～２．０ｇ，分２～３次静脉滴注，治疗１９例老年人重症下呼吸道细菌感染；观察病情变化，进行实验室和细菌学检查。结果：总有效率为７８．９％，致病菌清除率为８８．２％，不良反应为仅有１例出现轻度兴奋、失眠，对症治疗后消失。结论：泰能抗菌谱广，不良反应少。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect and sideeffect of imipenem cilastatin(imipenem) on aged patients with severe lower respiratory tract infection.Methods:Nighteen aged patients with severe bacterial infection of lower respiratory tract were treated with imipenem(1.0～2.0 g,every day) through intravenous infusion.Observed the changes in symptoms and signs of the patients and their blood chemistry and bacterial culture of sputum were made.Results:The effective rate was 78.9% and pathogens were eliminated in 88.2% of the cases.Only one of the patients showed slightly excited and sleepless.This sideeffect disappeared after medication.Conclusions:The result shows that imipenem has a broad antibacteria spectrum with less sideeffects and is suitable for treatment of severe bacterial infections of lower respiratory tract in the aged.
