摘要
针对目前还没有有效的方法解决复杂结构退役产品的拆卸路径问题,提出了模块化的方法,利用可达性影响矩阵获得等级交互图,通过可达矩阵聚类获得产品的拆卸模块,从而确定有效的拆卸次序,提高了拆卸的效率。本文重点介绍了这个方法的主要实施步骤,并结合实例进行了验证。
Since there is no effective methodology to solve the problems of disassembly path of the retirement products with complex structure,this paper presents a modularity approach,which using reachable matrix to get the interactive graph,and then clustering the elements of the product into modules based on the interactive graph,so an effective assembly order is determined.Finally,a case is used to proof the application of this methodology.
