摘要
对某高校办公建筑的热工性能、室内热环境、空调系统运行进行测试及调查。分析了在测试天内该办公建筑室内热湿状况,得出大部分房间都处于较舒适的环境;通过外窗的热流密度分析,在现有的测试条件下,得出一天内通过外窗的热流密度变化趋势;在对输入功率、蒸发器及冷凝器进出口温度、冷水流量测试的基础上,分析了冷机的运行情况,指出该系统的运行期间,冷水处于大流量小温差,导致了系统COP严重降低;最后提出了该建筑的节能潜力所在。
On the base of measurement and investigation of thermal properties and air-conditioning system in a school office building, it was shown that most of rooms in the building were in the condition of thermal comfort by analyzing the indoor thermal environment and the trend of heat flux changes in one day was obtained under the existing experimental conditions by analyzing the heat flux through external windows in those days. After measured the input power, inlet/outlet temperature of evaporator and condenser and chilled water flow rate, the running condition of the cold machine was analyzed. It can be drawn that chilled water was in the large flow and small temperature difference which decreased the COP seriously. Finally, the potential on energy saving of this building was put forward.
