The Framework and Process of the Development of Green Building Design Software System Based on Integrated Design

传统的设计方法和流程难以适应绿色建筑设计的要求,然而新的绿色建筑设计方法的实现需要新的软件系统提供支撑和帮助,因此绿色建筑集成设计软件系统的开发对于绿色建筑的推广与发展具有极其重要的意义。本文介绍了以节能为目标的集成化设计方法;提出了现有绿色建筑工具软件所面临的问题;针对节能建筑集成设计软件系统的开发提出了基本流程框架,并探讨了该框架在不同设计阶段的要求。

Traditional design method and process is hard to adapt the demand of green building design, but new sustainable design method needs the help and support of new software system. Thus the development of green building software system is significance to the development and popularization of green building. This paper introduces the concept of integrated building design aiming at energy conservation and advances the problems faced by current green building design software and tools. Subsequently, this paper demonstrates the basic framework and process of the development of green building design software system and discusses the application of this framework during different design stages.
