述情障碍对成人依恋与抑郁的中介作用

Mediation of Alexithymia Between Adult Attachment and Depression

目的:探讨述情障碍对成人依恋与抑郁的中介作用。方法:采用亲密关系经历量表(ECR)、多伦多述情障碍20条目量表中文版(TAS-20-C)以及贝克抑郁问卷(BDI-13)对452名在校大中学生进行测查。结果:成人依恋、述情障碍与抑郁显著相关(r=0.166-0.867);述情障碍在依恋回避与抑郁情绪之间起着完全中介作用,在依恋焦虑和抑郁之间起着部分中介作用。结论:成人依恋对抑郁情绪的作用受到述情障碍特质的中介影响。

Objective： To explore the mediating effect of alexithymia between adult attachment and depression. Methods： 452 students were measured by the Experiences in Close Relationship Inventory （ECR）, questionnaire of Chinese translation of the 20-item Toronto Alexithymia Scale（TAS-20-C）, and Beck Depression Inventory（BDI-13）. Results： Adult attachment, alexithymia and depression were significantly correlated with each other （r=0.166-0.867）; The effect of attachment avoidance on depression was totally mediated by alexithymia, and the effect of attachment anxiety on depression was partially mediated by alexithymia. Conclusion： The effect of adult attachment on depression is mediated by alexithymia.
