摘要
本文对在地震作用下,对称贮料和不对称贮料的筒支承群仓建立了计算模型,求解了规范地震力。对于对称装料的多排多联仓的平动响应,提出了可简化成二个一排多联仓进行计算,并根据试验结果提出了沿群仓纵向地震倾复力矩,需在各仓间重新分配计算。对于非对称装料,计算了大量的贮料荷载情况,得到了产生最大扭矩贮料情况的一般规律。最后提出了平动与平扭最不利情况的组合方法,提出了在群仓设计中应加强仓间连接和提高群仓整体抗震性能等建议。本文的计算方法和主要结论,均可供设计人员参考使用。
This paper presents the seismic mathematical modal for multi-silos with both symmetric and asymmetric storage materials, which are supported by silo walls themselves. The earthquake loads acted on the silo are also described according to the seismic design code of China.
In the case of symmetric fill, the earthquake response along both interior axes of the transverse section can be simplified into two situations to be considered. The overturn moment is suggested to be redistributed among individual silos.
For asymmetric fill ease, the general rules, from which the fill condition of the maximum torsion moment can be revealed, are provided. The combination methods, which superpose the maximum base shear produeeed by transverse vibration and the maximum shear by torsion, are proposed. Some construction methods to advance the ability of earthquake resistance are also involved in this paper.
