苯二氮卓类药物的神经影像学研究 被引量:3

摘要 神经影像学研究经历了从正电子发射扫描(PET)到功能性核磁共振(fMRI)的发展历程。近年来,药效动力学与功能性核磁共振相结合的药理学磁共振(phMRI)在精神疾病的药效动力学、神经认知系统的转运机制、药物的神经生理影响中发挥了巨大的作用,正成为一门新型学科。苯二氮卓类药物是一种应用最广泛的抗焦虑剂,苯二氮卓的神经影像学研究能够为新型抗焦虑剂的开发以及苯二氮卓类药物的应用提供神经学的基础。目前关于苯二氮卓类的神经影像学的文章并不是太多,我们搜集了所有有关于苯二氮卓神经影像学的资料,我们将介绍苯二氮卓类药物结合认知行为学范式或疼痛的神经影像学发现,最后我们将回顾一下这些发现能带来的临床应用。 In recent years Neuroimaging research has experienced the development from the positron emission scanning (PET) to functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI). Pharmacokinetics combined with fMRI knowed as Pharmacodynamical functional magnetic resonance imaging(phMRI), which plays a great role in the pharmacodynamics of mental disease, mechanism of neurotransmitter system, and the neuro-psychotogical effects of the drug, is becoming a new discipline. Benzodiazepines is a kind of most widely used anxiolytics; the neuroimaging research of benzodiazepines will give the neurological basement for the new anti-anxiety agents, as well as benzodiazepine applications. Currently there are only a few articles of benzodiazepines neuroimaging. We have collected all the benzodiazepines neuroimaging articles. First we will introduce the neuroimaging findings about benzodiazepines with cognitive behavior paradigm or pain paradigm, and then we will review the new clinical application.
