摘要
目的:比较不同类型树脂充填近中面洞的颈壁牙本质-牙骨质边缘微渗漏。方法:在36个新鲜拔除的人上下颌恒磨牙制备近中面洞,随机分为3组,分别用3M后牙树脂P60、前后牙通用树脂Z250和纳米树脂Z350充填。标本经温度循环,品红染色后,近中远中向沿长轴连续切3片,体视显微镜下观察染料渗漏情况。结果:3组微渗漏由小到大依次为:Z350<Z250<P60,但3组之间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:此3种树脂类型对近中面洞颈壁牙本质-牙骨质边缘微渗漏无明显差异。
AIM: To compare the gingival microleakage of class Ⅱ cavities using different types of resin composites when gingival margins were located on dentin cementum. METHODS: Class Ⅱ slot cavity was prepared on mesial surface in each of 36 freshly extracted human molars. Teeth were randomly divided into 3 groups and were filled with 3 types of resin composites respectively : packable resin composite ( P60 ), hybrid resin composite ( Z250 ) and nanofilled resin composite(Z350). After thermocycling, all teeth were immersed in basic fuchsine solusion. Then each sample was sectioned longitudinally into 3 pieces in mesio - distal direction. Dye penetrations were examined under stereomicroscope. RESULTS : No significant differences ( P 〉 0.05 ) of microleakage were found among the three resin composites. CONCLUSION: It could be concluded that the three types of resin composite in this study showed no difference on gingival microleakage of class Ⅱ cacites at margin of cementum and dentin.
