摘要
对刺槐APP17-5和17-8硬枝的扦插生根成活率进行研究,从扦插生根过程中3个时期(愈伤组织形成期、根诱导期,根伸长期)的吲哚乙酸氧化酶、多酚氧化酶、过氧化物酶(IAAO、PPO、POD)的动态活性分析生根率与生根过程中相关酶活性的关系。试验表明,APP17-5比17-8有较高的生根率,扦插生根率与硬枝插穗中PPO活性呈正相关,与POD和IAAO成负相关。
Rooting rates of two breeds of Robinia pseudoacacia APP17-5 and 17-8 during hardwood rooting process were studied. Relationships between, based on the activity of IAAO PPO and POD, analyzing the relation of rooting rate and three enzyme activities during hardwood rooting process. The experiment predicted that APP17-5 has higher rooting rate than 17-8, the rate of rooting and the activity of PPO had the positive correlation, the activity of IAAO and POD had the negative correlation.
