摘要
采用植物生长激素GA3、乙烯利及二者混合浸种,并结合室外低温层积处理,对珊瑚朴种子进行了萌发试验。结果表明:植物激素浸种后置于室外层积处理可极显著地提高珊瑚朴种子的发芽率;延长激素浸种时间和层积时间也可极显著地提高其发芽率。
Effects of phytohormones, such as GAa and ethrel, and stratification time on the seed germination of Celtis julianae were studied by dipping the seeds in in GA3, Ethrel and their mixture, and then stratifying in open air in winter. The results showed that the germination rate can be remarkably improved by phytohormones and stratification. Prolonging the time of seed dipping in phytohormone and the time of stratification and alsd promote the rate of germination.
