摘要
通过考察温度、时间、pH、装液量等外界条件对菌株降解单宁的影响,同时进行外加碳源、氮源及碳氮比的选择,以提高菌株对单宁的降解能力。结果表明,黑曲霉降解石榴皮单宁适宜的降解条件为28-30℃、pH6.5、500mL三角瓶中装入100mL培养液,120r·min叫摇床培养6d。外加碳源、氮源有利于单宁降解率的提高:以蔗糖为碳源、硝酸钠为氮源,碳氮比为10:1时,单宁的降解率及COD去除率最高。7#菌株的单宁降解率最高为45.2%,COD去除率为30.9%,通过对菌株进行驯化,COD去除率比初筛时提高了499/5。
Factors influencing the degradation of tannins from Punica granatum peel by Aspergillus niger was investigated such as temperature, time, pH, amount of loading, type of carbon and nitrogen rources as well as their combination proportions. The results were as follows: carbon and nitrogen sources: sugar and NaNO4 with a ratio of 10 : 1, 28-30℃, pH:6.5, 100 mL medium volume in 250 mL triangle flask bulk, 120 r · min^-1 to degrade for 6 days. The degradation rate and the COD removal rate of strain NO. 7 the highese 45.2% and 30.9 % respectively. COD removal rate increased by 49 % compared with the initial screening stage.
