In regard to the problems such as cement-soil mixed pile＇ s low mixing uniformity, low strength, poor penetrating power, and so on, the new technology of cement-sand-mortar caste-in-place pre-mixed pile in foundation treatment is developed. The paper introduces the technology＇ s working principle, advantages, pile-formation technique and effects, and analyses its cost. The technology can be used as replacement of CFG pile in railway construction project.
