摘要
应用PhamaciaUnicap100SystemECP荧光酶联免疫法测定过敏性紫癜患儿血清ECP水平,结果,急性发作期显著高于治疗后缓解期组和正常对照组(P<0.001,0.005);经用H1受体阻滞剂和糖皮质激素治疗1天后,血清ECP水平显著下降(P<0.05),与缓解期组和正常对照组相当。说明ECP测定对过敏性紫癜有早期诊断价值。尚未见文献报道。
Comparison of the harmful effects of cyclophosphamide (CP) pulses has been made and daily CP on Uydig cells of testis in male rats evaluated by studies of gonadal hormones. Fourty adult male wislar rats were randonly divided into three groups, the daily group (n = 15, CP, 8mg/kg, I. P, qd×4w). Pulses group (n = 15, CP, 56mg/kg, I .P, qd×4w) and control group (n = 10, physio logical saline, 1ml,I. P, qd×4w ). After 4 weeks, all rats were sarificed by decapilation and blood was collected. The weight of pituitary gland was measured. Blood testoterone (T), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinising hormone (LH), urea nitrogen (BUN ), creatinine (Cr) were determined. The serum T level in pulses group was higher than that in the daily group (P < 0 .05) and no obvious difference between the pulses group and control group (P > 0. 05 ), indicating leydig cell dysfunction occurred in the daily group. But gonadal damages and decreased serum T level in our study did not induce gonadotrophin increase. In the daily and pulses group, FSH .LH and weight of pituitary gland were normal. Whether CP has affect on the hypothalamic - pituitary - testis axis in addition to direct toxicity on testis will be further studied. Gonadal damage might be caused by impired renal function. In our experiment renal funtion was normal in light of measusement of normal Bun and Cr levels. In summary, CP pulese administration has less toxicity to leydig cells than to daily CP.
