摘要
目的:评价社区实践对医学生预防医学知识和实践技能的影响。方法:将临床大专学生随机分为实验组和对照组,分别采取传统教学和社区实践教学,比较教学效果。结果:实验组学生的理论及技能成绩明显高于对照组。结论:社区实践性教学使学生较好掌握预防医学理论和技能,对促进社区居民健康有积极作用。
Objective:To evaluate medical students' practice in community for their preventive medical knowledge and practice skills. Method .. Clinical medical students were randomly divided into experimental and control groups respectively,and the traditional teaching and practice teaching in community were resorted to, then the teaching effects were compared. Results: The experimental groul5 students' theory and skills are significantly higher than those of the control group. Conclusions:Community-based practical teaching makes students better master the theory and skills of preventive medicine and at the same time the community practice promotes the health of residents in communities.
