The construction of the course system for medical science of law is playing a central role in the development and independence of medical law as well as the training of medical law professionals. The construction of the course system for medical science of law should follow the three unique principles： fully reflecting the nature of profession, aiming at achieving the objectives of medical law professional training, and highlighting the ＂cross＂ of medicine and law. Professional course system of medical law should be a systemic,dynamic and open system.
