癫痫患者血浆和脑脊液中β-EP、DynA、NT、AVP和SS含量的研究

Study on β-EP,DynA,NT,AVP and SS of plasma and CSF in patients with epilepsy

目的测定癫痫患者血浆和脑脊液中β－ＥＰ、ＤｙｎＡ、ＮＴ、ＡＶＰ和ＳＳ的水平，以探讨这些物质在癫痫患者的变化及临床意义。方法癫痫患者４０例，均符合临床诊断，另选无癫痫者作对照。全部研究对象均于确诊后按要求收集血浆和脑脊液（ＣＳＦ）标本，用放射免疫法测定β－ＥＰ、ＤｙｎＡ、ＮＴ、ＡＶＰ和ＳＳ水平。结果与对照比较，癫痫患者血浆和ＣＳＦ中β－ＥＰ，ＤｙｎＡ和ＮＴ升高（Ｐ＜０．０５），而ＡＶＰ和ＳＳ降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）。β－ＥＰ和ＤｙｎＡ升高与癫痫患者中枢神经系统（ＣＮＳ）损伤程度呈正相关（Ｐ＜０．０５），而ＡＶＰ和ＳＳ降低则与癫痫后智力低下相关（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论提示癫痫患者血浆和脑脊液中β－Ｅｐ、ＤｙｎＡ、ＮＴ、ＡＶＰ和ＳＳ可以发生改变，测定这些物质对研究癫痫患者的临床有一定参考价值。

bjective To determine the changes of plasma and CSF levels of βEP,DynA,NT,AVPand SS in patients with epilepsy,and a clinical significance were studied.Methods A total patients with epilepsy consisting of 29 men and 11 women with a mean age of 30 years have been enrolled in the study,and on no epilepsy subjects as controls.Samples of fasting blood and CSF were collected in dry tubes,and plasma and CSF levels of βEP,DynA,NT,AVP and SS were measured with radioimmunoassay kit.Results For patients with epilepsy,plasma and CSF βEP,DynA and NT were higher (P<0.05),and AVP and SS lower (P<0.01).βEP and DynA increased correlated with the damage of CNS in patients with epilepsy (P<0.05),and AVP and SS lowered correlated with intelligence lose post-epilepsy (P<0.05).ConclusionsThese data show that the plasma and CSF levels of βEP,DynA,NT,AVP and SS are changed in patients with epilepsy,and is of a clinical significance for study to epilepsy.
