儿童上颌切牙区埋伏多生牙X线临床研究

Clinical radiostudy on maltiple cenerapted teeth of maxilla

目的通过拍摄Ｘ片及定位测量，为临床医生提供最简捷的拔除埋伏多生牙的途径。方法采用３×４ｃｍ２快速牙片拍摄一张正位对照片及一张５～１０°倾斜角定位片。结果可准确揭示埋伏牙的形态、数目、大小以及在颌骨内的位置。结论有助于手术医师准确快速拔除埋伏牙，避免多生牙对儿童上颌前牙生长发育的影响。

bjective To provide a simplest and most rapid method pulling out maltiple cenerapted teethor dentists.Methods Uasing a control itudy of regular and 5～10° angle of inclination dental radiograph (3×4cm2).Results Their shape quantty and location could been accurately shown by this method.Conclusion To help pulling out embeded teeth in maxilla and avoid the affection of front teeth′s grouth and development.
