摘要
[目的]比较旋转振动排痰仪(7MK2000-Y01)排痰法与人工叩击排痰法在老年开胸术后病人中的排痰效果。[方法]将40例老年开胸术后病人随机分为机械叩击组和人工叩击组,比较两组病人的日排痰量及床旁胸片。[结果]机械叩击组的日排痰量明显增高(P<0.05),两组病人术前1d胸片与术后1周胸片无明显差异。[结论]应用振动排痰仪在老年开胸术后病人排痰的作用优于人工叩击排痰法。
Objective： To compare the expectoration effect between using rota- tion vibration sputum elimination apparatus and artificial knocking on sputum excretion for elderly patients after undergoing thoracotomy. Methods： A total of 40 patients were randomly divided into mechanical knocking group and arti- ficial knocking group. Both daily volume of sputum excreting and chest x - rays of all patients were compared. Results： Daily sputum excreting volume of pa- tients in mechanical knocking group increased obviously （P〈0.05）. However, there were no significant differences between two groups in terms of chest x- rays of one day before surgery and one week after surgery respectively. Conclu- sion： The effect of using vibration sputum elimination apparatus for elderly pa- tients after undergoing thoracotomy was superior to that of artificial knocking for sputum excretion.
