丹红注射液与氯吡格雷联用治疗不稳定型心绞痛患者临床观察

Observation on Danhong injection and clopidogrel in patients patients with unstable angina

目的观察丹红注射注液与氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将87例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均采用常规治疗,治疗组加用丹红注射液及氯吡格雷,对照组予以氯吡格雷。观察治疗前和治疗2周后临床症状、血流动力学指标及血小板板聚集率变化。结果治疗组在临床症状、血流动力学及血小板板聚集率改善优于对照。结论丹红注射液联用氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛有很好疗效。

Objective To study the effect of Danhong injection and clopidogrel in unstable angina. Methods Eighty-seven patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into two groups, forty-five patients in control group were treated with elopidogre175 mg/d, Danhong injection 20 ml and physiology saline water 250 ml per day;and forty-two patients in treatment group were treated with elopidogrel. Clinical symptom, hemorheology and platelet aggregation rate were observed before and two weeks after treatment. Results The improvement of clinical symptom, hemorheology, platelet aggregation rate in treatment group was better than that in the control group two weeks after treatment. Conclusion Danhong injection with clppidogrel can treat patients with unstable angina effectively.
