基层医院应用湿润烧伤膏治疗烧伤临床体会

Clinical experience with MEBO in treating burns in grass-root Hospital(A report of 680 cases)

目的观察湿性医疗技术/湿润烧伤膏(MEBT/MEBO)在基层医院应用的疗效结果。方法发病后早期创面用药,全程采用MEBT/MEBO进行烧伤创面的治疗。结果:本组680例患者全都治愈。结论MEBT/MEBO的疗效是肯定的,早期促进创面的愈合,减少各种并发症,尤其适合在基层医院大力推广。

Objective To observe the efficacy of MEBT/MEBO in treating burns in grass-root hospital. Method：Burn patients were treated locally with MEBO at the early stage. 680 cases were treated with MEBT/ MEBO in the whole treating course. Results All the patients were cured and the wounds healed conclusion： MEBT/MEBO is definitely efficacious it promotes wound heating and reduces complications it is suitable to be popularized in grass-root hospitals.
