摘要
本文研究了一种新的表面引发聚合反应(SIP)引发剂的制备方法。纳米二氧化硅通过与六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)反应,再经过水化、溴化等步骤可以合成一种含有活性Br端基的SIP引发剂,FTIR表征验证了引发剂能够成功地键合到纳米二氧化硅表面。此SIP引发剂可广泛的应用于无机纳米材料的表面修饰与改性过程中。
The synthesis of an initiator for surface-initiated polymerization was studied. A tethered 2- bromoisobutyrate initiator was prepared by SiO2 nanoparticles reacted with Hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) and 2-bromoisobutyrate bromide. The chemical bonding was characterized by Fourier transformation infrared spectrometry (FTIR). This initiator could be used as the surface immobilized initiator for surface-initiated polymerization in surface grafting technique.
