双氯芬酸钠滴眼剂在视网膜脱离手术前后的应用

A clinical investigation of 0 1% diclofenac sodium eyedrops in the treatment before and after operation of retinal detachment.

在视网膜脱离术前、术后应用国内研制０１％双氯芬酸钠滴眼剂（３５例），同时用生理盐水设置对照组（３１例）。结果表明此药可以有效地防止术中瞳孔缩小及减轻术后炎症反应。

A clinical investigation on the treatment of 35 cases of retinal detachment with 0 1% diclofenac eyedrops and 31 cases of it with placebo eyedrops was carried out.It showed that the diclofenac sodium eyedrops can prevent surgically induced miosis and inflammation after operation effectively.
