摘要 线路快速截断阀偶然自动关断后,调度员需要根据管网压力运行情况,经过一定的时间判断才能发现,这样会对安全生产造成影响。根据进气量和外输气量,计算阀室上下游SCADA系统检测点阀室关断后的报警限,进行设定,利用SCADA系统实时数据采集,制作压降曲线。当阀室自动关断后,SCADA系统检测达到报警限值时开始报警,提醒调度员观察分析,迅速做出判断处理,避免对生产造成大的影响。 After line fast block valve accidentally automatic cutout, the dispatcher needs according to the pipe network pressure operational aspect, to undergo certain time judgment to be able to discover that like this will have the influence to the safety in production. And outside loses the spirit according to the air input, after calculating the valve chamber upstream and downstream SCADA system cheek point valve chamber shuts off the warning to limit, carries on the hypothesis, uses SCADA system real-time data gathering, the manufacture drawdown curve. After valve chamber automatic cutout, the SCADA system examination achieves when the warning limiting value starts to report to the police, reminds the dispatcher to observe the analysis, makes judgment processing rapidly, avoids to producing has the tremendous influence.
