摘要
本文针对新建歧化松香酸钾皂装置试生产过程中的安全验收评价,对装置主要工艺过程采取的、提高装置安全稳定运行的措施进行了分析。为了防止高温熔融松香被氧化、泄漏发生火灾危险而采取的一系列工艺技术控制措施,具体包括工艺生产过程的几个温度控制以及主要设备上设置的氮气密封、氮气吹扫、松节油回收系统、远传压力、温度报警等安全设施。
In this paper, a new device disproportionated rosin potassium soap in the process of pre-production evaluation of the safety inspection on the device main process taken to improve the device safe and stable operation of the introduction of measures analyzed, mainly in order to prevent high-temperature molten rosin is oxidized, resulting in leakage of fire danger and adopted a series of process technology control measures, including a number of craft production process temperature control, as well as major equipment set up nitrogen sealed, nitrogen purge, turpentine recovery system, FarEasTone pressure, temperature alarm or other safety equipment.
