眼睑Merkel细胞癌误诊为炎性霰粒肿一例报告

摘要
Merkel细胞癌是一种少见的原发于皮肤的高度恶性神经内分泌癌，具有高度侵袭性，发病原因主要和阳光直接照射及免疫抑制有关，临床表现为无痛性迅速增大的皮肤表面结节。1972年由Toker首先提出，目前全球有近2000例病例报道，国内报道40余例，大于50％的患者发生在头、颈部，容易早期发现，约40％发生在四肢，约10％发生在躯干或臀部目。现将我科诊断1例眼睑Merkel细胞癌报告如下。
