保元强肾Ⅱ号胶囊对急性肾功能衰竭EGF的影响

本文探讨了中药对急性肾衰的治疗方法。4 0例急性肾衰随机分为保元强肾 号胶囊组(治疗组 ) 及西药组(对照组 ) ,观察尿表皮生长因子(EGF) 的改变。结果 :两组治前尿 EGF均显著降低 ,治疗组治后尿 EGF增高明显优于对照组 ,少尿期及肾功能恢复天数明显比对照组缩短(P<0 .0 1) ,2 0例全部治愈。结果证明保元强肾 号胶囊能促进肾脏合成 EGF,对急性肾衰有缩短病程、提高疗效作用。

The treatment of ARF with Chinese medicine was discussed in this paper.40 cases of ARF were divided into Baoyuan Qianshen Capsule(Ⅱ) group(treatment group) and western medicine group(control group) randomly.The change of EGF was observed.The results showed that EGF of two groups before treatment were reduced significantly,after treatment,the increase of EGF in treatment group was earlier than control group obviously,oliguric stage and recovery time of renal function were shortened as well( P <0.01),20 cases were healed.It has been proved that Baoyuan Qiangshen Capsule(Ⅱ) can promote the synthesis of EGF in kidney to decurcate the course of ARF and improve the curative effect.\;
