摘要
通过对加热温度、终轧温度、各种冷却条件、冷却方式的控制,结合对实验样品进行组织、金相分析,研究控轧控冷工艺对20MnSi钢在轧制过程中性能、组织的影响。实验结果确定了最佳的工艺制度:加热温度为(1150±20)℃;终轧温度为(850±20)℃;精轧总变形量为60%;冷却速度控制在0.5~2.0℃/s;终冷温度控制在(620±20)
Through controlling heating temperature, final temperature, kinds of cooling conditions and cooling ways, and combining metallography analysis, the effects of controlled rolling and controlled cooling process on microstructure and properties of 20MnSi steel were studied. The experimental results determine the best process, which is the heating temperature of (1150±20)℃, final rolling temperature of (850±20)℃, total distortion rate of 60%, cooling rate between 0.5℃/s and 2.0℃/s and final cooling temperature of(620±20)℃.
