摘要
用Q235作基材,将不同比例的Ni35B和SiC粉末加水玻璃调浆后涂在基材上,烘干后进行氩弧熔覆,在金属表面形成熔覆层;对熔覆层的组织和性能进行了观察分析和测试。结果表明,金属表层显微组织发生了根本转变,表面硬度高达55HRC。配方中加入SiC的最佳比例为70%。
Using Q235 as substrate metal, different proportion of Ni35B and SiC powder mixed with soluble glass was besmeared on the substrate before dried, the cladding layer was obtained after argon arc cladding. The microstructure and properties were tested. The results show that the microstructure on surface layer is fundamentally changed, surface hardness reach 55 HRC and the optimal proportion of SiC is 70%.
