摘要
在传统的热喷涂铝合金涂层材料中加入稀土元素,使用电弧热喷涂技术在20 g钢基体表面喷涂稀土铝合金,并进行重熔处理。然后在pH=9的Na2CO3溶液和pH=6的H2SO4溶液中进行腐蚀实验。结果表明:20 g表面的稀土铝层及重熔处理工艺都使得抗腐蚀性能显著提高,并通过金相观察分析了抗腐蚀性能提高的原因。
Adding the rare-earth elements to aluminum alloy coating, the spraying rare-earth aluminum alloy on 20g matrix using are hot spraying technology and remelting treatment were carried out. The corrosion tests in Na2CO3(pH=9) and H2SO4 (pH =6) solution were also carried out. The results show that 20 g matrix rare-earth aluminum layer and remelt treatment significantly improved the corrosion resistance. The principle of improving corrosion resistance is analyzed by metallographic observation.
