摘要
采用优化工艺参数,在45钢基体表面等离子喷涂不同厚度(100、250、300和550μm)NiCrAl涂层,研究了涂层厚度与涂层粘结强度、硬度、孔隙率的关系。结果表明,涂层厚度增加,粘结强度、显微硬度随之减小,粘结强度分别为76.6、43.2、34.4和21.4MPa,显微硬度分别为321、290、245和220HV;涂层厚度增加,孔隙率增加,分别为0.42%、0.49%、0.84%和1.13%。
Adopting optimized plasma spraying parameters, A series of thicknesses (100 um, 250 um, 300 um and 550 um) NiCrAl coatings were sprayed on 45 steel substrate, analyzed the relationship between the coating's thickness and bonding strength, micro-hardness, porosity analyzed. The results show that the bonding strength and micro-hardness decrease with the increase of coating's thickness, bonding strength is 76.6 MPa, 43.2 MPa, 34.4 MPa and 21.4 MPa, micro-hardness is 321 HV, 290HV, 245 HV and 220HV, while porosity increase with the increase of coating's thickness, porosity is 0.42%,0.49%, 0.84% and 1.13%.
