摘要
研究了调质处理对610 MPa级大型原油储罐用钢组织性能的影响;系统地研究了热处理工艺参数对钢板的组织及强韧性的影响规律,并进行了理论分析。结果表明,该钢在950℃左右淬火、660℃左右回火,可获得细的回火索氏体和良好的综合性能。
The effects of the quenching and tempering on microstructure and mechanical properties of 610 MPa grade steel plate for oil storage tank were studied. The effects of heat treatment process parameters on microstructure and properties of steel plate for oil storage tank were investigated and theoretical analyzed systematically. The results show that this steel can obtain excellent strengthening and toughness effect under the condition of quenching at 950℃ and tempering at 660 ℃.
