摘要
采用二次正交回归试验方法,研究了碳钢的热扩渗铝温度、时间与铁铝金属间化合物层厚度的关系,得到最优的热扩渗铝工艺参数,并对热扩渗铝前后的试样浸铝层组织形貌与性能进行了分析。结果表明:理想的扩渗铝温度为950℃,保温时间为6 h。经扩渗铝处理后的试样表面获得了一定厚度的铁铝金属间化合物扩渗层,其硬度及高温抗氧化性能均优于未进行扩渗处理的试样。
The relation between hot diffusion aluminizing temperature, time and thickness of iron aluminium intermetallic coating of carbon steel were studied through quadratic orthogonal regression testing method. The optimum process for hot diffusion aluminizing treatment is gotten, and then the morphology and properties of hot dip aluminizing coating before and after hot diffusion aluminizing treatment were analyzed. The results show that the ideal hot diffusion aluminizing temperature is 950℃ and heat preservation time is 6 h. The surface of specimen after hot diffusion aluminizing treatment obtains diffusion coating of iron aluminium intermetallic with certain thickness, and its hardness and oxidation resistance are superior to the specimen without hot diffusion aluminizing treatment.
