摘要
研究了20CrMnTi钢渗碳层中碳化物形态对渗碳件力学性能的影响。结果表明:碳化物形态的改善可进一步提高零件的耐磨性;当碳化物呈球状均匀分布时,其耐磨性更优于网状。
The influences of carbide shape in carburized layer on mechanical properties of 20CrMnTi steel were studied. The results show that the improvement of carbide formation can further increase wear resistance. The wear resistance is better than that of reticulate when spheroidized carbides distribute homogeneously.
