摘要
通过扫描电镜、能谱分析、X射线衍射分析以及静态失重法、电化学测试等手段,研究了不同时效状态下商用变形ZK60合金在含Cl-的碱性介质中的腐蚀性能。结果表明:经150℃×8 h时效处理的试样耐蚀性最好。适当的时效处理可使大量的第二相Mg-Zn相析出,可以有效地阻挡腐蚀过程,使合金的耐蚀性提高。
The corrosion properties of rolled ZK60 alloy treated at different aging states in Cl^- alkaline solution were studied by SEM, EDS, XRD, weight-loss tests and electrochemistry tests. The results show that the alloy treated at 150℃ for 8 h has the best anti-corrosion property. With proper aging processing, plenty of second phases of Mg-Zn are separated out in ZK60 alloy, the anti-corrosion property of the alloy improves greatly for the corrosion process is effectively inhibited.
