摘要 研究了热处理制度对热挤压7A04(LC4)超硬铝合金力学性能的影响。结果表明,与传统的热处理工艺485℃×50 min水淬+120℃×24 h炉冷时效和485℃×50 min水淬+120℃×3 h+160℃×3 h炉冷时效相比,采用485℃×50 min水淬+100℃×36 h炉冷时效的热处理工艺,可使材料在保持原有的高强度基础上,显著提高材料的塑性和韧性。 The effects of heat treatment process on mechanical properties of 7A04 (LC4) super-high strength aluminum alloy was studied. The results show that the mechanical properties of 485℃×50 min+100℃× 36 h heat treatment process is better than those of 485℃×50 rain+ 120℃× 24 h and 485℃× 50 min+ 120℃× 3 h+160 ℃× 3 h heat treatment processes, namely, not only high strength, and the better plasticity and impact property.
