摘要
为了准确的理解客户需求,并根据企业能力快速开发出满足客户需求的产品,对概念设计管理系统进行了深入的研究,建立了系统的体系结构,并重点解决了不同类型信息的映射问题。概念设计管理系统包括顾客需求转换、产品快速配置、参数化设计及工作结构分解等4个子系统。在对各子系统功能及数据交换进行深入分析的基础上,具体阐述了一种新型的3级信息映射方法。最后介绍了该系统在汽车制造企业中的应用。
Abstract: For the sake of understanding accurately the customer demands and the products that satisfied the customer demands was rapidly developed according to the enterprise's capability. A deep study had been carried out on the conceptual design management system, the systematic configuration of system was established and the mapping problem of different kinds of information was emphatically resolved. The conceptual design management system ineludes four sub-systems of the transformation of customer demands, rapid allocation of products, paxameterized design and decomposition of work structure etc.. On the basis of carrying out deeply the analysis on functions and data exchange of each sub-system, a kind of new typed three staged information mapping method has been expounded concretely. Finally the application of this system on the automobile manufacturing enterprise was introduced.
