摘要
以建立重型汽车变速箱总成为基础,论述一挡齿轮总成条件下有限元网格的划分及网格密度的确定,对一倍额定动态转矩下的中间轴常啮合齿轮表面接触压力、接触线的状态、齿根弯曲应力进行了深入的分析。实验测试结果和有限元分析结果的对比分析表明,因充分考虑了总成条件下啮合齿轮接触等问题对齿轮强度的影响,使分析和测试的齿根弯曲应力趋势保持一致,强度相对误差范围在±20%以内。
Taking the established heavy duty automobile gear box assembly as a base, and under the condition of first gear assembly the partition of finite element grid and the determination of grid density were discussed. Under one times rated dynamic torque a deep analysis has been carried out on surface contact pressure, state of contact line and bending stress of tooth root of the constantly meshing gear of the intermediate shaft. The contrastive analysis on the result of experimental test and the result of finite element analysis showed that on account of the influences of the problems of engaging gears contact etc. on the strength of gears under assembly condition has been sufficiently considered, thus made the changing trends of bending stress of tooth root in the analysis and the test be brought into correspondence and the relative error of strength ranged within ± 20%.
