摘要
压缩机是电冰箱与空调器的核心部件,无论是修理还是回收,均要对其进行开壳处理。文中分析比较了国内外现有的压缩机开壳方法,针对压缩机截面形状并非都是圆形的,提出了一种自学习的开壳方式,即在开壳之前先让压缩机转动一周,用传感器测量外壳的形状,然后控制切削刀具按照系统记忆的形状相对于压缩机外壳旋转一周,即可完成开壳任务。详细介绍了开壳设备的机械结构与控制系统的组成,给出了开壳软件的设计思路。所研制出的样机已在家电回收示范线投入使用。实践表明,该设备使压缩机的开壳操作高效、安全、可靠、节能、环保,不会损伤内部零件,切口小而平整,修理之后容易焊接。
Compressor is the core component of refrigerator and air conditioner, it is all necessary to carrying out case-opening treatment whether for repairing or for recycling. The case opening method for currently existed compressors at home and abroad have been analyzed and compared. Directed against the sectional shape of compressors are not all round formed, a kind of self-teaching case-opening method has been put forward. Namely, let the compressor to make one whole round turn in advance before opening the case and using sensor to measure the shape of the case, and then control the cutting tool to revolve one whole round around the compressor case according to the shape memorized by the system, thus accomplished the task for opening the case. The mechanical structures of the case opening equipment and the constitution of controlling system were introduce in detail, and the designing train of thought of the case-opening software was presented. The prototype has been finally developed, and was put into employment in the recycling demonstration line of electrical home appliances. The practice indicated that this equipment makes the compressor case-opening operation to be high efficient, safety, reliable, energy saving, environmental protected, no damage on the interior component parts, small and neat cutting incision and easily welded after repairing.
