角膜创伤愈合中的胶原合成实验研究

An investigation of epithelial cells function in corneal stroma wonud healing

目的：研究角膜创伤修复过程的胶原合成的动态变化。方法：用放射自显影和放射性脉冲测量两种方法观察兔角膜切伤后不同时间的胶原合成情况。结果：兔角膜切伤后第7、14、21、90天胶原合成水平高于对照组。结论：兔角膜切伤后90天创伤修复仍在进行。

To study the dynamic changes of the collagen synthesis in the pro cess of comeal wound healing . By the methods of radioautography and liguid scintillation counting, we observe the collagen synthesis of rabbit comea in different stages after comeal incision Collagn synthesis is more active than normal on the 7th, 14th,21th, and 90th day after comeal inci sion. The wound healing is still devloping after 90days of rabbit comeal incision
