放射状角膜切开术简便公式计算法

A handy formula of radial keratotomy operation

为观察放射状角膜切开术简便公式的预测性，用与RK直接相关的切口条数、切口深度、视区大小和屈光度之间关系组成的BK术前简便计算公式，对118例（222眼）近视进行了术前预测和术后效果对照分析，随访时间为术后7－48月（平均30.7311．36月）。在低度组，随访视力较预测视力为好（P＜0．01），中度组无显著性差异（P＞0．05），在高度组预测性较差（P＜0．01）。作者认为本计算公式对低、中度近视预测性较高，简便实用。

The forecasts of handy computational formula for RK were pro posed .The formula is composed of four parameters:the number and depth of incision, the diameter of the optical zone and the diopter. The analyses and comparisons between the forecasts before RK and results after RK were made in 118 cases (222 eyes) .The time of follow - up in 7 - 48 months (30.73 11.36 months) .It is showed that the follow - up vision is better than the predictable vision in the low myopia group (P < 0. 01 ), in the moderate myopia group, it has not significant difference be tween the follow - interview vision and the predictable vision (P > 0.05),and the high myopia group,it has lower predictabiligy (P < 0.01 ) It is believed that this formula has high predictability and is handy and practical for low and moderate myopia.
