摘要
为探寻良好的组织相容性材料,充填整复眼球内陷,应用高分子医用材料乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚体加工成一定形状的充填物,充填物理置固定于眼眶骨膜下。手术矫治外伤性眼球内陷11眼,随访6月,完全矫正6眼,基本矫正5眼。眼球位置稳定,运动良好,视功能手术前后无变化。乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚体组织相容性好,易加工切削塑形,眶骨膜下埋骨充填易于操作、方法简单、损伤小、矫正效果理想。
A clinical study was performed to demonstrate the usefulness of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymen (EVA ) as a graft material to be im planted orbital subperiosteal space for the correction of enophtalmos EVA was carved into spape to fit the posterior guadrants of orbit,the in sertat into the suberiosteal space from all directions to fill up the orbital cavity. Enophthalmos was corrected entirely in Six patients and improved in five in this series, visual acuity was not altered by the operation in any patient The material was well tolerated without extrusion The EVA sheets were easily molded to fit any size implant and was a desirable al loplast for fill enophthalmic orbit The procedure is simple and result is satisfactory.
