从博弈论的视角看中小学体育课程改革推行缓慢的原因

Reasons for the Difficult Implementation of Physical Education Curriculum Reform in Primary and Secondary Schools From the Perspective of Game Theory

以体育课程改革中的学校、学生家长以及教师各自利益为视角,以博弈论为理论基础来分析我国中小学体育课程改革进展缓慢、困难重重的原因,并提出以下建议:正确地认识体育与健康课程改革中的困境;国家需要改革现如今的高考教育制度,并建立与体育课程改革相配套的评价机制;提高学校领导、学生家长及体育教师对体育课程改革的认识深度。

Physical Education Curriculum Reform has been making great advances since its implemetation. While the ideology of the reform keeps deepening and the preliminary outcomes show, difficulties do exist in a variety of areas. There are several reasons that may explain the difficulties encountered. Based on the Game Theory, this article takes the perspective of the inter -connected relationships among schools, parents and teachers involved, analysing the root causes of the difficulties mentioned above. Some suggestions are made as follows ： A sensible insight into the difficulties we are faced with is needed ; It is necessary for the government to reform the existing system of National College Entrance Examination and establish corresponding evaluating system concerning physical education curriculum; We need to deepen the understandings of the leaders of schools, the parents and P. E teachers about the reform.
