抓好国际援助项目工作 提高妇幼卫生整体水平

Do Well the Work about the International Support Items and Raise the Whole Level of MCH

江苏省参加了５个国家１２项对外合作项目。强化政府的领导，是项目实施成功的关键；各级政府的关心和支持，使项目工作在组织领导、部门协调、政策倾斜、资源投入等方面发挥了重要作用；健全的三级妇幼卫生网络是实施项目工作的基础，在项目实施过程中，本着“提高县级、完善乡级、加强村级”的原则，切实加强了农村三级预防保健网络建设；为保证项目的实施，强化了对妇幼保健人员的培训，提高了素质，提高了服务能力和服务质量；《母婴保健法》的实施为项目工作提供了法律保障，通过大力宣传《母婴保健法》，提高了群众学法、知法、用法的积极性；项目县卫生行政部门举办了多期学习班，提高了自身的执法能力；项目县还强化了健康教育，提高了群众的自我保健意识和主动接受妇幼保健服务的自觉性；为使项目工作持续、深入的发展，江苏省把妇幼保健服务引入了社区，同时扩大了服务项目，增加了服务内容。

Jiangsu province taken successfully part in 12 external coorperation items of 5 countries in past few years.The leading of governments was a key and the perfected threeclass MCH net was a base for carrying successfully out the items.In the course of carrying out the items,the preventionhealth nets of county class were raised and the preventionhealth nets of countryside class were perfected and the preventionhealth nets of village class were strengthened.By means of training the MCH staff,the performance of the MCH staff was raised and the service ability and the service quality of the staff were greatly improved.On the other side,the implement of the “Law of the Mother and Infant Health of the Peoples Republic of China” provided a legal ensure for the items.By the way of propagating the “Law of the Mother and Infant Health of the Peoples Republic of China” and holding the legal study class,the health departments of the item counties improved the selfability of performing the law.In order to improve the selfhealth consciousness of masses and the selfawakening of initiative accepting MCH service,the health education has been strengthened in the item counties.To deveop the item works continuously and thoroughly,the NCH service has been brought into the communities and the service contents have been increased.
